Top 10 mandatory requirements

			Other HVAC Provider
1	Must be Certified with a Qualified Trade License.
2	Must have a Refrigeration 313A License.
3	Must have a G1 or G2 Fuel License.
4	Must have sufficient public liability and property damage insurance.
5	Must have sufficient vehicle insurance.
6	Must be registered with WSIB in Good Standing.
7	Must hold a valid Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) BPV Certificate of Authorization for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Work (ASME B31.5)
8	Must be registered with the TSSA Fuel Safety Branch.
9	Must be registered with Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) and comply with Regulation 570/05.
10	Must be compliant with The Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) 1990 and its revisions.
